Para mantener la paz, el gobierno ha decidido permitir que la gente lleve armas de fuego, bajo ciertas restricciones...
Los sindicatos del crimen de la ciudad están enfrentados los unos con los otros creando una ciudad sin ley. Sin embargo, hay un grupo de 4 chicas que hacen temblar los cimientos de estos sindicatos.
Sus nombres son Jo, Meg, Sei y Amy. Poco más se sabe de ellas aparte de que están en la ciudad para intentar dar la vuelta a la situación de caos que sufre la ciudad, ayudadas siempre con el uso de armas.
