Argumento:

La historia de Arakawa under the Bridge es en si particular y algo especial. Ichinomiya Kou es un hombre ejecutivo de mucho éxito en Japón. Nino es una mujer misteriosa que se encuentra viviendo bajo un puente sin que nadie sepa porque. Un día Kou se cae irremediablemente al rio donde se encuetra el puente donde vive Nino y esta última tiene que salvarlo de morir ahogado. Deseando pagarle el favor a la agradable desconocida, Kou se ofrece a concederle cualquier deseo que esta tenga.
